SIREN is committed to full compliance with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 (collectively, the "Regulations") regarding the maintenance of records pertaining to the production of visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct.

For content not produced by SIREN but hosted on our platform, SIREN acts as a secondary producer. Records are maintained by the original producers and are available through their respective websites and custodians of records. SIREN verifies that all content providers maintain appropriate 2257 documentation before hosting their content.
Some content on SIREN may be exempt from 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements if it:
SIREN requires all content producers to verify the age of every performer using valid government-issued photo identification prior to any production. We maintain copies of such identification and associated documentation as required by law.
