Content Complaint Procedure

SIREN is committed to maintaining a safe platform. We take all content complaints seriously and have established this procedure for reporting concerns about content on our platform.
🚨 Urgent: Report Illegal Content
If you believe content on SIREN depicts illegal activity, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual content, or trafficking, please report immediately to:

We review urgent reports within 24 hours and will take immediate action and report to appropriate authorities as required by law.
What You Can Report
You may submit a complaint regarding:
- Illegal content: Any content that violates local, state, federal, or international law
- Non-consensual content: Content depicting individuals without their consent
- Age concerns: Content where a performer appears to be underage
- Copyright infringement: Content that infringes on your intellectual property (see DMCA Policy)
- Identity/impersonation: Content using your likeness without permission
- Terms violations: Content that violates our Terms of Service
How to Submit a Complaint
To report content, please email support@viewsiren.com with the following information:
- Your name and contact information
- The URL(s) or specific location of the content in question
- A clear description of your complaint
- The reason you believe the content should be removed
- Any supporting documentation (if applicable)
- A statement that the information provided is accurate
Our Review Process
- Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours
- Review: Our Trust & Safety team will review the reported content
- Investigation: We may request additional information if needed
- Action: If the complaint is valid, we will take appropriate action (removal, account suspension, etc.)
- Notification: We will notify you of the outcome when possible
Response Times
- Illegal content reports: Reviewed within 24 hours
- Non-consensual content: Reviewed within 24-48 hours
- Copyright complaints: Reviewed within 5 business days
- Other complaints: Reviewed within 7 business days
Appeal Process
If you are a content creator and your content was removed due to a complaint, you may appeal the decision by contacting support@viewsiren.com with:
- The content that was removed
- Reason you believe the removal was in error
- Any supporting documentation
Content Moderation Policy
SIREN prohibits the following content:
- Content depicting minors or anyone under 18 years of age
- Non-consensual sexual content
- Content depicting actual violence or harm
- Content promoting illegal activities
- Content obtained through hacking, theft, or fraud
- Revenge porn or content shared without performer consent
External Reporting
In addition to contacting SIREN, you may also report illegal content to:
- NCMEC CyberTipline: CyberTipline.org (for CSAM)
- FBI IC3: ic3.gov (for internet crimes)
- Local law enforcement: For emergencies, contact your local authorities
